Just a question. I have an expert to submitted an invoice but didn’t submit it to IBC. I guess they are not clear on the concept. Could I just have the expert submit it to IBC or should I proceed some other way? Should I refer the expert to their contract for instructions on how to submit invoices?
I just want to know the protocol.

Yes, you can refer the expert to their contract for instructions on how to submit invoices; and yes, the expert should submit the invoice to IBC.
